Travel Agency Miross on that occasion, took care of the complete organization of conferences including the process of making and communication with participants, acquisition and organization of air flights to all conference participants, organizing hotel accommodation, complete organization and coordination of car and bus transfers, registration of participants, engaging hostess and formation information desks at all the hotels and the conference venue, organization outside the conference tours and excursions for accompanying persons, complete technical realization, visual identity of conferences, design and printing of ID cards, banners and roll ups, formal lunches and dinners, accompanied by all the participants during the duration of the conference and outside the conference activities.
